Sam Mackenzie

Hello Readers,

As I was observing through all the pretty dresses and make up, I couldn’t help but notice a couple of male models standing along the narrow hallway, waiting for them to showcase Sam Mackenzie’s line for Vancouver Fashion Week. Might as well interview them, right? (And I got to know them pretty well too!)

Model: Jimmy Cho
Age: 23
Occupation: full-time model
How would you describe Mackenzie’s design?: Hmm… Very comfortable, mostly made out of wool, lots of grey hues.
Why do you want to model?: I like the presence, the feeling when I walk the runway
First time modeling for VFW?: No, it’s my second
Where else have you modeled?: New York and Korea

Model: Jake Lee

What have you learned from this experience?: I feel that I’ve become a professional model, and iI’ve met a lot of new friends.

One of our sponsors were with them as we spoke so I had the opportunity to thank him for sponsoring VFW! I also got a chance to interview him for a bit.

Name: Jay Cho
